Due to an incompatibility with their latest Sage Accounts software, we’ve successfully replaced an ageing SBS Server for one of our clients operating in the Print Industry. Although their Sage software and data had to be housed locally, we utilised a number of Cloud products from our portfolio to provide a hybrid cloud solution.
The products utilised included Office 365 for email, Exclaimer Cloud for email signature management and marketing, Solarwinds Backup providing streamlined Cloud storage, Autotask for Remote Monitoring & Management, Splashtop for remote working, and Sophos Cloud with Web Content Filtering for endpoint security.
The project was planned in advance and implemented over the weekend enabling our client to be back up and running on their new system first thing this morning. Our after sales support team were on hand to provide advice and guidance to staff to ensure a smooth transition.
